Delivery Policy
Last updated: September 2026
StrokePath is a digital service. Nothing is posted or shipped. This page sets out what you receive, when you receive it, and what to do if something does not arrive.
What is delivered
A StrokePath membership gives you access to the StrokePath service through your account. There are no physical goods, so there is nothing to ship, no delivery address to give, and no delivery charge.
What your membership includes depends on which one you hold. Anything described as coming later is exactly that, and is not part of what you are paying for today.
When access is granted
- Free tier: immediately once you have created your account.
- Paid membership: immediately once payment is confirmed by Paystack. In practice this is within seconds.
- Membership activated with a partner code: immediately once the code is accepted.
You do not need to wait for anything to be sent to you. Sign in and the access is there.
How you use it
StrokePath runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to a phone home screen so it opens like an app. Once a screen has been opened it keeps working without signal, which matters on a limited or expensive connection.
You need:
- a device with a modern web browser
- an internet connection to sign in and to load a screen the first time
- the email address you registered with
Downloadable material
Some material is designed to be printed or saved, for example a sheet you want on the fridge. Where that is available it downloads directly from the service; nothing is emailed as an attachment and nothing is posted.
If access does not arrive
If you have paid and cannot get in, contact us and we will sort it out. Please include the email address on the account and the date of payment.
Email info@mystrokepath.com. We respond within 2 to 3 business days, and usually sooner.
If we cannot give you the access you paid for, you are refunded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Interruptions
Occasionally the service is unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We keep this as short as we can. An interruption does not extend or shorten your billing period, but if a significant outage is our fault, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
